• Prowadzenie wszystkich działań rozwojowych dla projektów wiatrowych, PV oraz BESS (greenfield, mid-stage, mature) — od wczesnej fazy rozwoju do etapu RTB — we współpracy z wewnętrznymi interesariuszami oraz deweloperami zewnętrznymi. • Przygotowywanie i zarządzanie harmonogramami oraz budżetami projektów, zapewniając terminową realizację poszczególnych etapów we współpracy z odpowiednimi działami firmy. • Koordynacja działań z deweloperami, organami administracji, instytucjami oraz doradcami w celu uzyskania wszystkich wymaganych pozwoleń, licencji i zgód administracyjnych do etapu RTB. • Identyfikacja, analiza i minimalizacja ryzyk projektowych (finansowych, prawnych, technicznych, środowiskowych). • Budowanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji z zespołami wewnętrznymi i interesariuszami zewnętrznymi. • Ciągłe doskonalenie procesów związanych z rozwojem i zarządzaniem projektami oraz wspieranie optymalizacji technicznych i finansowych w prowadzonych projektach.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w rozwoju projektów energii odnawialnej.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki: Energetyka, Inżynieria Lądowa, Odnawialne Źródła Energii lub pokrewne).
  • Dobra znajomość pełnego procesu rozwoju projektów OZE.
  • Udokumentowana umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów, w tym pracy z dokumentacją, harmonogramami i budżetami.
  • Znajomość regulacji energetycznych, procedur administracyjnych oraz procesów przyłączeniowych do sieci.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, wysoka kultura współpracy i umiejętność budowania długoterminowych relacji biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym lub w dużej firmie energetycznej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Wysoka znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
