Responsibilities - Manages all activities involved in the development and revision of proposals. - Facilititates the corporate proposal development process, working with operations units and other back office departments. - Participates in pre-RFP activities: tracking action items, identifying past performance, organizing resources, identifying re-use material, developing relevant resumes and key messages - Ensures section drafts are compliant, convincing, and compelling. The Proposal Specialist II will partner with the Sector Lead and Capture Managers to jointly lead marketing efforts, the development of proposals and interviews within the company’s best practices framework.
