Role Description The Safety Director is responsible for implementing the QE Solar Health and Safety program. The Safety Director will assist with planning and implementation of the QE Solar Health and Safety program to ensure a safe, healthy and accident-free work environment. - Support QE Solar operations in ensuring all QE staff conduct operations in a safe manner for the protection of employees, clients, subcontractors, and the general public. - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local safety-related regulations. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills and work well in a team environment. - Strive to enrich QE Solar Safety Culture. Up to 50% Travel Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Occupational health or other STEM field. - Prefer a minimum of 7-10 years safety related experience with Mobile workforce. - Strong understanding of NFPA 70E and OSHA Electrical Safety regulations. - General Industry and Construction Health and Safety Knowledge. - Desirable to have completed OSHA 30-hour courses in General Industry and Construction Safety. Requirements - CPR/First Aid certification including Instructor. - EM 385-1-1 40-hour certification and EM 385-1-1 Competent Person for Fall Protection. - MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVER LICENSE. • Identifying, developing and qualifying leads within driving sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation and social selling techniques. • Traveling up to 50% of the time to expos, events and customer visits. • Leading the Enterprise Security agenda internally and externally • Building and executing a territory plan targeting CISOs, CIOs, and VP-level security leaders • Running a 100% hunter motion focused on landing new enterprise logos • Bringing enterprise domain expertise (infrastructure, applications, networking, security) to C-suite conversations

• Serve as the primary leader of the Firewall consulting practice, collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and day-to-day operations • Ensure all methodologies and engagement processes are documented, up to date, and consistently applied across all projects • Review and approve project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer expectations and statements of work (SOW) • Participate in client engagements, including kickoff calls, on-site meetings, and final presentations to ensure technical quality and client satisfaction • Monitor consultant performance on a per-project basis and maintain data for ongoing reviews and development • Collaborate with Practice Directors and leadership to make staffing decisions aligned with consultant skills, goals, and client needs • Mentor consultants through engagements, especially where a skills gap exists, and provide ongoing support and pairing as needed • Facilitate annual and pre-engagement training plans for skill development
