Role Description Мы ищем человека, который возьмёт в руки развитие направления работы с партнерами — чтобы сделать его масштабируемее и эффективнее. - Работа с CRM - Ежедневное внесение данных, проверка заполненности обязательных данных, формирование регулярных отчетов. - Взаимодействие с продавцами - Контроль передачи в смежные отделы. - Помощь в процессе регистрации и мотивация первых продаж. - Консультативная помощь. - Хантинг и базы - Поиск новых продавцов по запросам отдела развития и их критериям. - Оптимизация по упрощению рабочих процессов и увеличению их эффективности. - Координация команды по задачам и проектам. - Формирование внутренней базы знаний. - Регулярная коммуникация с руководителем. - Участие в формировании и выполнении стратегии отдела. Qualifications - Навыки выполнения плана продаж. - Работа с CRM-системами - Понимание важности точности и своевременности фиксации всей рабочей информации и ведения истории. - Ведение отчетности (Weekly/Monthly reports) с точными цифрами, достижениями и сроками. - Понимание специфики работы маркетплейсов. Requirements - Опыт на аналогичной должности от 1 года. This position supports key elements of MPR|APM's comprehensive campaign, including individual giving, stewardship, and database management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about nonprofit work, with at least two years of experience in development or donor relations. - This is a temporary position, 4-months with possible extension if needed. Expected Compensation Range: $24.52 - $29.90 / hourly. Exact rate determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure, and internal equity.
