• Support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative • Assist with workforce planning, data collection, and analysis for organizational restructuring efforts • Gather and validate workforce data, document current staffing models, and support readiness assessments • Contribute to workforce transition activities and track changes • Analyze workforce impacts of organizational changes and support coordination with functional leads • Help identify workforce-related risks, gaps, and dependencies • Support development of implementation tools such as checklists and trackers
Job Requirements
- 6 years of federal HR experience
- HS/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
