HR & Admin Officer

• Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, appraisal letters, and employee records • Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR trackers • Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups • Support onboarding and exit documentation processes • Act as the first point of coordination for internal HR-related queries • Use Microsoft Planner to manage, track, and monitor tasks assigned to different team members • Ensure tasks are followed up and completed within defined timelines • Send reminders, updates, and status reports to relevant stakeholders • Coordinate with team members to maintain clarity on deadlines and priorities • Prepare basic reports using Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in HR coordination / admin support is preferred
  • Willingness to learn tools like Microsoft Planner (training provided)
