Role Description Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Task Order Project Manager, TOPM, for a remote opportunity, to serve as the project manager for large, complex task orders to assist the Program Managers in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the TOPM is responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented promptly. - Responsible for ensuring project deliverables, including the Project Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Regular Project updates, and regular communication, are provided to the customer. - Support training of all contract support personnel and provide oversight for incoming government and contractor support personnel. - Support management organization, management planning, and oversight and monitoring of all contractor/project efforts. - Achieve a strong collaborative approach through a structured Program Management Plan. - Centrally manage the overall task order to promote responsiveness. - Establish direct, simple lines of communication between the Contractor management staff and the assigned PMO. - Apply best practices for managing the programs, including program management and management processes, supplemented by appropriate tools to streamline procedures and provide visibility on progress and risk. - Respond efficiently to fluctuating workloads to provide a timely and appropriate supply of critical resources. - Ensure that an integrated approach is used to monitor business processes and enhance service delivery across core program areas. - Establish and maintain a program management organization with clearly defined management processes, organizational responsibilities, and approaches to manage the successful execution of the sustainment program. - Develop, execute, and maintain a contract management plan that addresses the identification, review, update, negotiation, management, and tracking of all contract modifications between the assigned PMO and the Contract team. - Develop, execute, and maintain a subcontractor management plan that addresses the identification, review, update, negotiation, management, and tracking of all subcontractor agreements between the Prime and subcontractor contractors. Qualifications - Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP)). - Five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. - Ten (10) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. - BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. - Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority. - DOD Secret Clearance and must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3. - DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Information Assurance Manager Level III (IAM Level III). Preferred Qualifications - Defense Logistics Agency experience preferred. - Worked independently, or under only general direction, on requirements that are moderately complex to analyze, plan, program, and implement. - Experienced in providing technical and administrative direction for personnel responsible for telecommunications network design, implementation, and operations tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept, and to user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules. - Experience with preparing milestone status reports, and deliveries/presentations on project progress to colleagues, subordinates, and end-user representatives. Role Description RSI is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager. This position will provide management, consultation, and support to business leadership team and program/project management functions for the life cycle management and administration of federal and commercial prime contracts. Serve as the primary interface with customer Contracting Officers and team partner counterparts in negotiating, managing, administering, and performing prime contracts. Develop and maintain company internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for achieving compliance with prime contract terms and conditions, regulations, and customer requirements. Support acquisition of new prime contracts by participating in the development of competitive proposals as needed. This position can be remote or hybrid in our Oak Ridge, TN office.
