• Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new Salesforce services business. Identify and qualify leads, generate call lists, and secure meetings with key decision-makers. • Build and grow strong client relationships by acting as a Salesforce strategic advisor, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between clients, our delivery teams, and executive stakeholders. • Understand client business priorities and pain points to architect tailored Salesforce solutions that maximize their return on investment and digital transformation goals. • Work with clients to identify new needs, scope complex Salesforce projects, and negotiate statements of work, pricing, and contract terms. • Identify growth areas within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to expand our Salesforce footprint and services. • Build customer advocates by developing deep strategic relationships, ensuring successful outcomes, and fostering a loyal client base that references our work. • Lead the pursuit and capture of client renewals, expansions, and follow-on Salesforce projects. • Develop and implement Salesforce-specific sales initiatives and contribute to practice-building best practices.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling custom technology services, with a proven track record of shaping and closing complex, high-value deals involving Salesforce solutions.
- Strategic knowledge of the Salesforce platform and cloud ecosystem with the ability to position its business value and architect deal structures for enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated Client Account Management and Advocacy experience with proven customer-facing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interface at all levels, from C-level executives to technical architects, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- A strong team player and servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, excelling at proactively managing change.
- Ability to manage a complex sales pipeline, employing a detailed, curious, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Effectiveness in high-pressure situations with a high degree of patience, tenacity, and tact, leveraging internal technical experts as needed.
- Highest commitment to customer success and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this remote role is responsible for researching, engaging, evaluating, and securing new partners. Target partners include trade groups, associations, schools, event organizers, and other organizations that want to provide their clients, customers, students, or vendors with the peace of mind offered by our insurance solutions.
