• Cultivate executive relationships: Build and expand trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the client organization, positioning Addepto as a strategic partner and accelerating account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives. • Identify white space and deliver value: Leverage domain expertise and white space analysis to uncover both stated and latent client needs, articulating tailored value propositions that connect directly to business priorities across the full KMS & Addepto service portfolio. • Develop and execute account strategies: Create, maintain, and drive comprehensive Account Development Plans grounded in a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities. • Lead strategic client engagements: Facilitate and drive high-impact client touchpoints - including QBRs, innovation workshops, and governance meetings - to foster alignment, showcase value, and deepen collaboration. • Drive commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in alignment with company goals. • Ensure high client satisfaction by overseeing project progress, delivery quality, and value realization. • Coordinate internal stakeholders (delivery teams, technical experts, leadership) to ensure consistent and effective client communication. • Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic account plans. • Represent Addepto as a trusted AI consulting partner in client meetings, workshops, and executive-level discussions. • Stay up to date with AI, data, and digital transformation trends relevant to client industries. • Own strategic accounts with the opportunity to step into a leadership and people management role over time.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior client partner, strategic account manager, or key account roles within consulting, technology, or software services.
- Proven ownership of strategic enterprise or large-scale client relationships, including direct engagement with C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Strong track record of consistently generating $3m–$5m+ in annual services revenue through account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy and influencing senior decision-makers beyond day-to-day delivery.
- Solid understanding of consulting-led sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, value-based selling, and complex commercial negotiations.
- Ability to connect complex AI, data, and software engineering solutions with clear business outcomes and ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience managing pipelines, forecasts, pricing, and contract renewals.
- Experience working closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and value realization.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomy in managing accounts and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-threaded client environments.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed delivery teams.
- Fluency in English, German and/or additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements, team collaboration, and strategic initiatives.
