Role Description Pearl West is looking for an Amazon Operations Specialist who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and is obsessed with optimizing listings, solving problems, and driving measurable growth. This role is critical to maintaining and scaling our Amazon presence across multiple brands, ensuring listings are fully optimized, compliant, and consistently improving in performance. Key Responsibilities - Listing Monitoring & Revenue Performance - Monitor daily listing performance across multiple brands (sessions, CVR, revenue) - Identify revenue leaks (drops in ranking, suppressed listings, lost Buy Box) - Take immediate action to recover and scale underperforming ASINs - Track keyword indexing and organic ranking movement - Account Health & Risk Management - Proactively monitor Account Health dashboards across all accounts - Resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, and compliance issues quickly - Own communication with Amazon Seller Central support and escalate when needed - Ensure all listings meet Amazon’s latest compliance and content standard - Listing Optimization (Nikko Process Execution) - Execute Pearl West’s internal listing optimization framework (COSMOS & RUFUS compliant) - Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content for both SEO and conversion - Ensure all listings align with brand positioning and premium product standards - Continuously improve listings based on performance data and customer feedback - Image Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization - Run structured A/B tests on images using Amazon Experiments or external tools - Analyze CVR impact and implement winning creatives - Collaborate with design team to iterate on high-converting image strategies - Ensure image sequencing aligns with proven conversion framework - Backend Optimization & Indexing - Manage backend search terms and attributes with strict no-waste keyword strategy - Audit listings for missed indexing opportunities and fix gaps - Optimize variation structures for maximum visibility and conversion - Maintain clean, accurate, and fully optimized backend data - Operational Execution Across Accounts - Launch new products and variations across multiple brands - Troubleshoot listing issues (stranded inventory, ASIN merges, flat file errors) - Manage bulk uploads and catalog updates via flat files - Coordinate with supply chain team to prevent stockouts and lost sales - Data-Driven Growth & Reporting - Track and analyze key metrics: CVR, sessions, revenue, keyword ranking - Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities across listings - Provide actionable recommendations to scale winning products - Support aggressive revenue growth targets through continuous optimization - Cross-Channel Awareness (Amazon + TikTok Synergy) - Ensure Amazon listings are optimized for external traffic (TikTok Shop, creators) - Align listing content with creative strategies used in TikTok and paid media - Support product launches tied to creator campaigns and affiliate pushes Qualifications - 1+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts - Proven track record of improving listing performance (CVR, ranking, revenue) - Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, indexing, and conversion optimization - Experience with tools like Helium 10, DataDive, Sellerboard, or similar - Comfortable working across multiple brands and high SKU volume - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to move fast, prioritize, and execute without constant oversight Nice to Have - Experience in high-growth e-commerce environments ($1M+/month brands) - Familiarity with TikTok Shop or external traffic strategies - Experience with Amazon Experiments and structured A/B testing - Basic understanding of Amazon PPC What Success Looks Like - Listings are fully optimized, indexed, and consistently improving in CVR - Minimal account health issues with fast resolution times - Clear, measurable impact on revenue growth across managed ASINs - Strong execution speed with high attention to detail - Continuous testing and iteration mindset Why Join Pearl West - High-growth environment with real ownership and impact - Work across multiple scaling brands and product categories - Performance-driven culture focused on results, not busy work - Opportunity to grow into senior roles as the company scales
