Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Professional
US Service Animals
Role Description We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional in Guam, Indiana, Ohio, and Colorado (CO providers are required to have an MD) who is dedicated to helping us succeed in our mission by being able to connect with clients to perform assessments in a professional and ethical manner. This is a 1099 Contract position where pay is piecemeal at a rate starting at $25 per consultation performed. Responsibilities of Licensed Mental Health Professionals: - Receive referrals for consultations within states that you are licensed in. - Flexible scheduling as we are open 7 days a week, covering all 50 states. - Contact clients within the next 24 hours to complete or schedule their consultation once added to your waiting room. - Perform diagnostic mental health assessments to assess clients’ need for an Emotional Support Animal or Psychiatric Service Animal. - Use any scales or assessments necessary to determine if the client meets the criteria for a diagnosis within the DSM-5. - Ask questions to understand the environment surrounding your client to determine their benefit from an emotional support animal or psychiatric service animal. - Approve clients for an Emotional Support Animal if deemed beneficial at the end of the consultation. - Communicate and receive support from our agents at SAPS LLC to ensure clients receive proper documentation and any necessary changes to their letter or account. Qualifications - Ability to practice and diagnose independently in Guam, Puerto Rico, IN, OH, or CO. - Must be comfortable conducting video consults in states that require it. - Weekend availability. - MD (Doctor of Medicine) if in CO. • Support development and execution of entry-to-market strategies to optimize launch of the SetPoint System across assigned regional markets. • Develop and deliver market readiness, education, and therapy-awareness initiatives for diverse stakeholders including providers, payers, and patients. • Provide consultative and collaborative education on neuroimmune modulation and RESET-RA clinical data to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other rheumatology decision-makers. • Identify, assess, and prioritize key rheumatology ecosystems and supergroups; build robust targeting and segmentation plans and develop strategies to drive operational adoption within practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Market Access—to build programs that bridge surgical and rheumatology specialties and support seamless implementation of the SetPoint System. • Build account-specific launch, patient-selection, and operational-execution plans using a metrics-based approach to drive therapy advocacy. • Represent SetPoint Medical at congresses, conferences, and professional meetings, supporting education and engagement with KOLs, physicians, and rheumatology decision-makers around neuroimmune modulation and the RESET-RA data. • Serve as field project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing development, delivery, execution, and progress tracking of SetPoint system program offerings based on organization's needs and objectives. • Demonstrate outstanding product and protocol knowledge and provide physician and staff training on the SetPoint System as needed. • Exhibit strong communication skills, leadership, and composure in a fast-paced environment. • Complete all administrative, reporting, and training requirements accurately and on time. • Consistently uphold company standards of professional, ethical, and compliant conduct. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide 1:1 virtual physiotherapy consultations to patients enrolled in our 12-week Better Health Programs • Support patients in developing and maintaining safe, accessible, and effective physical activity routines tailored to their needs and goals • Educate and motivate patients around movement, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and counsellors • Participate in training to become confident in delivering care using our lifestyle medicine framework
