• Serve as a key commercial leader in launching and scaling the first-to-market, implantable bioelectronic device targeting the inflammatory reflex. • Oversee regional growth, build and mentor a team of 6–7 Territory Managers. • Develop and execute strategic regional growth plans aligned with SetPoint’s commercial priorities. • Identify and onboard new medical centers, ensuring program readiness and physician success. • Drive referral growth, patient engagement, and therapy utilization within assigned markets. • Build trusted partnerships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers. • Monitor and analyze regional performance data to ensure sales and utilization targets are met.
• Play a pivotal role in the initial commercialization of SetPoint Therapy. • Drive awareness, adoption, and sustained growth in the defined territory by educating, enabling, and partnering with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. • Lead territory execution including Rheumatologist and Surgeon onboarding, site activation, patient identification, and procedural support. • Identify, target, and develop relationships with high-potential rheumatologists and surgeons. • Facilitate physician training, onboarding, and procedural support in partnership with clinical and medical teams. • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for sites and staff through all therapy phases. • Promote awareness and education among referring providers. • Collaborate with the Market Development Manager to increase local visibility of the therapy. • Achieve quarterly KPIs related to site activations, patient enrollments, and referral growth. • Provide insights from the field to support marketing, clinical, and access strategies.
• Support development and execution of entry-to-market strategies to optimize launch of the SetPoint System across assigned regional markets. • Develop and deliver market readiness, education, and therapy-awareness initiatives for diverse stakeholders including providers, payers, and patients. • Provide consultative and collaborative education on neuroimmune modulation and RESET-RA clinical data to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other rheumatology decision-makers. • Identify, assess, and prioritize key rheumatology ecosystems and supergroups; build robust targeting and segmentation plans and develop strategies to drive operational adoption within practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Market Access—to build programs that bridge surgical and rheumatology specialties and support seamless implementation of the SetPoint System. • Build account-specific launch, patient-selection, and operational-execution plans using a metrics-based approach to drive therapy advocacy. • Represent SetPoint Medical at congresses, conferences, and professional meetings, supporting education and engagement with KOLs, physicians, and rheumatology decision-makers around neuroimmune modulation and the RESET-RA data. • Serve as field project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing development, delivery, execution, and progress tracking of SetPoint system program offerings based on organization's needs and objectives. • Demonstrate outstanding product and protocol knowledge and provide physician and staff training on the SetPoint System as needed. • Exhibit strong communication skills, leadership, and composure in a fast-paced environment. • Complete all administrative, reporting, and training requirements accurately and on time. • Consistently uphold company standards of professional, ethical, and compliant conduct. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
