• Lead the end-to-end creation of a modular system, defining the logic for tokens, components, and patterns that serve both web and mobile. • Partner with stakeholders to codify new identity guidelines into a functional, multi-platform UI kit. • Implement a "Single Source of Truth" workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring that when a design changes, the code follows. • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to reduce manual handoff, audit component health, and streamline documentation.

• Develop packaging design concepts for all categories within the LD portfolio • Manage the entire packaging design process, from initial concept through to final production • Continuously evaluate, improve and update existing packaging design and its process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development • Support all packaging projects outside of LD bev

• Design restorations using exocad, 3Shape, or similar CAD software. • Produce: - Single-unit crowns, veneers, onlays/inlays. - Implant-supported crowns and abutments. - Multi-unit bridges and complex implant restorations. - Full-arch implant prostheses (All-on-X), zirconia bridges, titanium bars. - Hybrid prostheses and overdentures. - Prepare files for 3D printing and milling (CAM). • Interpret intraoral scans, model scans, CBCT data, and digital jaw relation records. • Assist with digital smile design, aesthetic previews, and implant planning. • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation. • Handle complex and implant-heavy workflows with minimal supervision. • Troubleshoot design and fit issues. • Communicate clearly with the Australian team for clarifications or requirements. • Ensure all designs meet the companies quality standards for accuracy, anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetics. • Apply correct material parameters for zirconia, PMMA, titanium, CoCr, etc. • Follow lab protocols for versioning, file labelling, and workflow tracking. • Work closely with remote milling/printing teams. • Participate in case review meetings (via Zoom/Teams). • Support training or upskilling of junior offshore designers (if required).

• Execute production-ready design assets using pre-existing templates and brand libraries • Create and update marketing and internal materials including slide decks, digital ads, one-pagers, and internal documents • Resize, reformat, and version design files for multiple platforms and channels • Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy across all outputs • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to meet fast-paced production timelines • Organize and maintain Figma libraries and file structures for accessibility and clarity
