Production Designer
Chartbeat
• Execute production-ready design assets using pre-existing templates and brand libraries • Create and update marketing and internal materials including slide decks, digital ads, one-pagers, and internal documents • Resize, reformat, and version design files for multiple platforms and channels • Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy across all outputs • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to meet fast-paced production timelines • Organize and maintain Figma libraries and file structures for accessibility and clarity
Job Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a design or production-heavy role
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), Microsoft Suite (esp. PowerPoint and Excel in the context of Data Vis), Google Suite (esp. Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets in the context of Data Vis)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual consistency
- Familiarity with working in established design systems and templates
- Excellent file hygiene, organization, and version control
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize efficiently
- A calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Experience with basic motion graphics or templated video edits (e.g., After Effects or Canva Pro)
