• Work with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and identify learning objectives. • Identify the most appropriate instructional strategies and modalities to translate content into engaging and effective online learning. • Collaborate with the SMEs and provide feedback on course storyboard, scripts, case studies, interactions, and exams. • Apply design skills to bring together text, illustrations, video, audio, and animation into engaging e-Learning. • Use e-Learning authoring tools to create interactive content. • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing courses; combine surveys and assessment results to implement course improvements. • Work with business clients on e-Learning delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.

• The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects within a defined discipline focus. • You’ll apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence, serving as a key technical contributor who helps project teams deliver coordinated construction documents. • You’ll contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, etc). As your technical expertise deepens, you’ll take on more complex responsibilities, including supporting system layouts, calculations, research, and design development with limited oversight. • Working closely with engineering mentors, project leads, and production staff, you’ll help maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards. • You’ll support fast-paced coordination cycles, identify risks early, and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables. • You’ll also contribute to TEECOM’s documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience.

• Apply workflows, tools, and BIM standards with increasing independence while supporting engineers and project teams in delivering coordinated construction documents • Contribute to project delivery through modeling, drawing updates, coordination support, documentation, and early QA activities • Help maintain model quality, support coordination efforts, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards • Maintain organized, accurate models, documentation, and design updates that reflect current project intent with reduced oversight • Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to resolve straightforward modeling or documentation issues identified during coordination or BIM reviews

• Lead scheduled, consultative conversations with customers (phone or video) • Ask thoughtful questions to understand usage patterns, priorities, and constraints • Design 2–3 intentional system approaches rather than a single “answer” • Explain trade-offs between comfort, efficiency, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and installation complexity • Recommend a best-fit solution based on customer values, not price alone • Produce a clear, structured design summary for the Sales team to finalize the order • Act as a calm, trusted guide through a complex, high-stakes decision
