Job Summary The AI Platform Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's advanced AI platforms, including tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, Azure AI Factory and OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise. These platforms are at the core of our digital transformation efforts, providing unique opportunities for those passionate about building and enhancing intelligent solutions. Your work will involve managing cloud-based AI tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth performance. This position is well-suited for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience and play a vital role in shaping the organization's future AI capabilities. What you will do: * Monitor and maintain AI platform health, performance, and availability. * Assist with the deployment, configuration, and updating of AI software and services. * Provide technical support to users, including data scientists and engineers, for platform-related issues. * Help implement security protocols and ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Document platform configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. * Collaborate with Technology teams to support integration of new tools and features. * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and platform updates. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience with the deployment, configuration, and updating of AI software and services; OR * 7 years of experience with the deployment, configuration, and updating of AI software and services. * Interest in AI, machine learning, and data science. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, OpenAI Enterprise) and basic system administration. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. * Attention to detail and commitment to documentation and process improvement. * Understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus. * Follow CDW's policies, standard methodologies, and guidelines for cloud infrastructure. * Work off hours and weekends as instructed by the business. * Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
