At Minted, we cultivate strategic partnerships with event professionals, including wedding planners, designers, and venues, through our Wedding Trade Programs, to help connect their clients to our wide range of wedding products and services. Minted is seeking a Wedding Trade Concierge to join our team to provide white-glove service to our community of Wedding Professionals. As a Wedding Trade Concierge, you’ll provide Wedding professionals with a personalized tour of Minted products and services, as well as provide a point of contact for all of their questions. The Wedding Trade Concierges will provide the same level of support to trade professionals’ clients, ensuring the best experience for everyone. Wedding Trade Concierges will use their strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of Minted’s products to support the Wedding professional and their clients’ experience. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Trade Concierge Program, Concierges have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are savvy in working with a variety of systems and technology. Minted Concierges are exceptionally patient, empathetic, and passionate team members whose #1 objective is to offer the best experience possible for any customer. Candidates must be available evenings. The hours & schedule for the role are variable. You will: - Build a long-term relationship with every Wedding trade professional you are assigned to, in order to help increase the number of their customers who could use Minted for their upcoming events - Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador, influencing the Wedding trade professional and their customer’s perception of Minted - Host consultations with wedding planners and customers over video chat. For Wedding professionals, these consultations may include an introductory overview for the planner to become familiar with everything Minted has to offer. For clients of planners, this will include helping them to find and personalize their designs and wedding websites. - Handle all email communication with the Wedding professionals and their customers, including proactive outreach, as needed, to introduce them to new products and services that Minted is offering, as well as sharing upcoming promotions - Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM, while following departmental policies - Use support tools & training, including our knowledge base, to respond to inquiries and ensure our customers’ satisfaction and a high-quality concierge experience - Utilize data to proactively track orders on behalf of the planners and their clients - Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with leadership - Maintain detailed notes on every interaction with the Wedding trade professional and their customers You are: - Able to confidently, positively, and efficiently guide the customer through Minted’s product and service offerings, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - A proactive problem solver who can anticipate customers’ needs in advance and who can quickly solve any issues - Organized, paying close attention to detail, in order to accommodate all clients - Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products - Open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and departmental goals - Technologically adept; familiarity and experience with eCommerce a plus - Able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule, including weekends, based on business needs, and adhere to the company attendance policy You have: - Strong relationship-building skills and a love for supporting the customer - Design orientation and a love of weddings and wedding planning - A calm, professional working environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail, are organized, and able to follow through - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - The ability to appropriately represent the Minted brand on screen with customers - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience working with customers (preferably at a premium brand) Compensation: The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted.
