• Build, maintain, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, KPIs and scorecards in SmartAdvocate to support leadership and operational teams. • Manage configuration and enhancements, including fields, workflows, statuses, automation logic, and reporting structures. • Design user-friendly dashboards, continuously improving usability and relevance based on stakeholder feedback. • Analyze case data, workflow trends, user activity, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. • Audit data quality and reporting reliability, identifying inconsistencies, missing data, or workflow breakdowns. • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Operations, and IT to instill best practices. • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across SmartAdvocate. • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience working in SmartAdvocate within a personal injury law firm (required).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining custom SmartAdvocate reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, including intake, pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and post-settlement operations.
  • Experience analyzing operational data and presenting insights to leadership in a clear, actionable way.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting logic, and workflow dependencies within a case management system.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and priorities in a fast-paced law firm environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
