Role Description As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. In this 100% virtual position, you will work at the top of your license to provide both scheduled visits and dedicated, asynchronous In-Basket cross-coverage for PCPs who are out. The ideal candidate is proficient in navigating electronic health records, has strong independent clinical judgment with the ability to safely triage and manage unfamiliar patients in a virtual setting, and is adaptable and capable of pivoting between scheduled video visits and dedicated time for asynchronous chart review.
