Contracts Manager
Vantage Data Centers
• Maintain ownership of the full lifecycle tracking for all energy commercial contracts • Manage and administer contracts within Ironclad • Actively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain comments, approvals, and responses in a timely manner • Coordinate and schedule meetings to evaluate contracts and review comments • Monitor execution timelines and proactively communicate risks, delays, or bottlenecks • Review energy commercial agreements and prepare clear, concise contract summaries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–7 years of experience in contracts administration, contract management, project coordination, or a similar role
- Experience managing contracts through a contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
