• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists • Set clear goals, track team performance, and ensure alignment with company objectives • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of research projects and data science models • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities for conversion and efficiency improvements • Provide thought leadership and ensure your team’s insights inform company strategy • Manage project resources, responsibilities, and timelines, proactively addressing risks • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure access to relevant data • Foster a culture of methodological rigor and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence
  • 2+ years of experience managing data scientists, analysts, or business intelligence professionals
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for analytics, with experience reviewing code and coaching others
  • Skilled in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts
