Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence
- 2+ years of experience managing data scientists, analysts, or business intelligence professionals
- Proficient in SQL and Python for analytics, with experience reviewing code and coaching others
- Skilled in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts
