• Monitor and analyse online content for infringements in violation of clients’ intellectual property rights • Carry out online enforcement by reporting infringing online content to platforms and other third parties • Conduct status checking for enforced online content • Collaborate with Client Coordinators for the development of relationships with platforms • Maintain accurate enforcement records and data • Identify infringement trends and develop enforcement strategies • Provide clients with insights into the scale of the infringement landscape • Attend and participate in client meetings • Contribute to the enrichment of the collective knowledge pool of the team • Contribute to the development of work procedures

• Design, configure and implement Workday Payroll functions • Collaborate with Payroll subject matter experts on system design decisions and user experience • Manage Workday configuration for Workday Time & Payroll • Responsible for Workday Time & Payroll process enhancements as well as special projects • Collaborate with vendors on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design • Ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines • Participate in thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes • Conduct and facilitate UAT and augment test scenarios to test solutions and implement processes

• Support development of measurement plans including metric availability across systems • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to measurement plans, referencing existing reports and templates • On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate • Support media performance analysis by analyzing data trends and identifying data changes or outliers that can lead to actionable insights • Collaborate with media planning, activation, strategy, and account teams to provide data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides • Partner with reporting and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and automation of reporting processes. • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data • Showcase the ability to understand the full working picture of a media plan, not in a single channel silo

• Support the implementation and administration of Transact Campus’s BSA/AML compliance program • Coordinate and execute program revisions and enhancements with the Transact Campus Legal & Compliance Department • Monitor daily and weekly transaction alerts using BSA/AML software tools; conduct timely reviews and investigations of suspicious activity • Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence risk assessments as applicable for new clients, industries, products and services • Advise the Director on new client acceptance or denial • Prepare and file required regulatory reports such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) according to applicable law • Assist the Director and compliance team in investigation efforts, regulatory exam preparations, and audit responses • Collaborate cross-functionally with banking operations and legal and compliance teams to maintain sound risk control and compliance processes • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to risk assessments and compliance training efforts • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes impacting BSA/AML requirements for non-bank financial institutions and Third-Party Payment Processors
