• Set the direction for Platform at Lattice: You’ll define a clear product vision for our platform that helps teams build high-quality products quickly and reliably • Make teams more effective: You’ll focus platform investments on what creates the most leverage for our product teams: better tooling, stronger foundations, and shared experiences that reduce friction and rework. • Lead and grow product managers: You’ll manage and develop a small, talented team of PMs, helping them do their best work and grow in their careers. • Partner closely with Engineering and Design: You’ll work day-to-day with engineering and design leaders to make thoughtful trade-offs, prioritize well, and keep teams aligned. • Deliver meaningful impact: You’ll ensure platform work translates into real outcomes: faster shipping, improved reliability, and more consistent, high-quality experiences for customers. • Connect platform work to the business: You’ll collaborate with go-to-market and customer teams so our platform investments clearly support customer needs and company goals.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading complex software products or platforms, with scope across multiple teams.
- A track record of building and developing product managers.
- Comfort working closely with technical partners and navigating trade-offs in complex systems.
- Strong judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
