• Own the growth loop driving continuous and healthy growth across key segments and demographics • Own the long-term vision and strategy for assigned content and learning products/features, ensuring alignment with the department’s learning and growth objectives. • Drive and maintain the product roadmap, balancing innovation, user needs, organisational drivers and technical debt. • Take full accountability for the growth trajectory of assigned products, owning all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and business outcomes. • Develop outcome-driven product requirements and specifications, clearly articulating the "why" and "what" for cross-functional teams. • Align product with internal frameworks and optimize user experiences for the same • Serve as the primary champion for end-users and strategic drivers, maintaining a deep understanding of user habits, behavior, and psychological motivators in learning and progression.
Job Requirements
- At least 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, or a strong combination of 5+ years of total professional exposure including product management, consulting, or strong internships.
- Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through launch and iterative optimization.
- Experience with content and social media funneling
- Experience with digital learning products; familiarity with e-learning platforms, educational technology (EdTech), or gamification principles is a significant plus.
- Expertise in analyzing user behavior, qualitative research, and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing product experimentation (A/B testing) for key features and flows.
- Proficiency with modern product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
