Senior Product Manager – Store Technology

DICK'S Sporting Goods

• Own the strategy and execution of the Store Teammate App products. • Define the multi-year product strategy and vision for the Store Teammate App experience. • Collaborate on Teammate 360 capabilities. • Modernize identity, sign on, and data capabilities. • Optimize teammate experience to drive adoption and productivity. • Identify opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data. • Deliver products and features through cross-team collaboration. • Form and track KPIs/metrics to measure product impact. • Enlist and enable stakeholders through evidence-based influencing skills. • Build and maintain outcome-based roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, including significant time owning and delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to discover opportunities, prioritize work, and measure impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, operations, marketing) without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to clearly articulate product strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Experience building roadmaps, writing user stories, and leading agile/scrum or other iterative planning processes.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers (preferred).
  • Experience working in Operations, eCommerce, SaaS, Retail, would be beneficial (preferred).
