Technical Project Coordinator

Contour Education

• You ensure that every project stays structured, visible, and on track through strong documentation and tracking systems • Maintain core project documents including charters, scoping docs, risk registers, and lifecycle frameworks • Keep trackers, sprint boards, timelines, and dependency maps updated across tools • Convert meetings and discovery sessions into structured outputs like action logs, requirement summaries, and status reports • Own the action item tracker, follow up with owners, and escalate risks early • Track KPIs, milestone progress, and budget variance where applicable • Build progress reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership visibility • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for reviews, retrospectives, and alignment sessions • Coordinate cross-functional discussions and ensure outputs are documented and tracked to completion • Create walkthroughs, user guides, FAQs, and training materials • Maintain internal documentation for tools and ensure consistency across setups

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in project coordination or PMO support
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), preferably in migration, setup, or workflow management
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar
  • Strong comfort with spreadsheets and structured tracking
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, RACI, or phase-based delivery
  • Ability to create structured documentation and reports
  • Basic understanding of systems, tools, and integrations
