At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together. This is a hands-on role inside a creative team that moves fast and ships constantly. Candidates with a creative agency background will feel right at home. About the role: - Location: Remote-first (United States, preferably in PST/MST time zone) - Full-time - Permanent - Exempt - The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. - United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) - Zone A: $121,000 - $150,000 - Zone B: $114,000 - $141,000 - Zone C: $107,000 - $132,000 This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. You’re the person who keeps each project moving forward day to day. - Track delivery health across active work. Flag blockers early, follow up on overdue tasks, and keep status visible to the team and stakeholders. - Keep creative teams heads-down on the work, not the coordination around it. Manage Stakeholders and Requesters - Be the day-to-day point of contact for cross-functional partners on the projects you’re running - keeping requesters informed, unblocked, and accountable for their side of the work. - Translate creative timelines and capacity into language that business stakeholders can act on. When priorities compete, escalate tradeoffs clearly and advocate for conditions that let good creative work happen. - Partner with Brand Studio leadership and the broader PMO team to keep workload and resourcing visible across the organization. Improve How We Work - Contribute to the operational systems that support Brand Studio by testing workflows, surfacing what’s working and what’s not, and helping refine processes based on what you see in the day-to-day. - Document project patterns, handoff protocols, and recurring workflows so institutional knowledge doesn’t live in one person’s head. - Partner with Brand Studio leadership and the PMO team on capacity planning, intake design, and process improvements - bringing ground-level insight from the projects you’re running. About You:Requirements: - 3-5+ years of project management or production experience inside a creative environment. Agency background is a major plus - Hands-on experience with Asana (or similar project management tools) and a solid understanding of design production: file handoffs, review cycles, asset delivery, and the rhythm of creative feedback. - Track record of keeping complex creative work on track - with the instincts and portfolio of outcomes to show for it. Cross-functional partners know they can count on you to follow through. - Run tight meetings, write clear status updates, and know which things to escalate and when. - Bring structure without slowing things down. Brand Studio moves fast and operates with high expectations; you create clarity rather than overhead. - Are comfortable in ambiguity. You can scope work that isn’t fully defined, push for the right information, and make progress in parallel. - Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
