Job Description

Field Service Engineer

Military Technical Recruiting, LLC

• Install, service, and repair testing systems including drop-weight towers, torsion systems, temperature chambers, and medical testing equipment • Calibrate equipment to applicable standards and prepare ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration reports • Troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical devices using schematic and mechanical drawings • Train customers on operation and software of machines • Coordinate with the service scheduler to execute assignments efficiently across nationwide territory (90% or more travel)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Eligibility to meet A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements
  • Prior experience with universal destructive testing machines and/or technical metrology/calibration highly desired
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to manage our field marketing efforts, with a primary focus on driving pipeline and brand awareness through high-impact events and field programs. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our events portfolio including owned events, third-party sponsorships, and partner co-marketing initiatives while helping to build scalable field programs that accelerate revenue growth. What you'll be working on - Plan and execute a full calendar of field events including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, trade shows, and conferences (RSA, Black Hat, BSides). - Own all logistics from venue sourcing, budgeting, and staffing to materials ordering, swag fulfillment, shipping, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up. - Build and manage co-marketing programs with technology, channel, and strategic partners, including joint event planning, shared budgets, and co-branded deliverables. - Design integrated field marketing programs including regional programs aligned to sales goals and target accounts. - Partner with sales, SDR, and marketing teams on pre- and post-event outreach, messaging alignment, and event-to-pipeline conversion. - Coordinate with marketing ops on lead capture, CRM routing, and attribution to ensure clean reporting and accurate pipeline influence tracking. - Define KPIs, report on program performance, and continuously optimize based on data to improve ROI and efficiency. - Build and maintain program plans and reporting frameworks to ensure repeatability and scale. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is between $143,000 to $190,000 for candidates in the United States. Starting salary will vary based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Leveling will be determined during the interview process.
