What You Will Do Enterprise HR Program & Project Leadership - Lead end-to-end execution of large, enterprise-level HR initiatives supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and factory transformation. - Establish and maintain project management and change management standards aligned with RTX methodologies. - Partner with functional leaders to develop integrated project and change plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. Culture & Change Management - Design and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working. - Assess organizational readiness and cultural implications of major initiatives; proactively identify resistance points and mitigation strategies. - Reinforce desired leadership behaviors and cultural norms in partnership with business and HR leaders. - Facilitate leader and team forums, after-action reviews, and feedback loops to support continuous improvement. Workforce Planning & Enablement - Lead the implementation and enterprise adoption of strategic and operational workforce planning tools. - Translate business strategy, production plans, and demand signals into scalable workforce planning models and tools. - Partner with HR COEs, Operations, Finance, and DT to integrate workforce planning with related enterprise systems and processes. - Build leader capability in using workforce planning tools and data for decision-making and operational planning cycles. - Monitor adoption, data quality, and effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Enterprise Factory & Manufacturing Enablement - Support enterprise-wide projects impacting factories, including workforce strategies, labor modeling, skills transformation, and operating model changes. - Facilitate consistent change management, communications, and adoption strategies across sites while addressing site-specific needs. - Track workforce readiness, risks, and dependencies, providing enterprise visibility to leadership Stakeholder Integration & Executive Support - Serve as a central coordination point across HR, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize decision-making and information flow. - Track key decisions, actions, and outcomes; ensure follow-ups are executed, and leaders have a clear pulse on progress and sentiment. - Coach functional leaders on framing workforce and change proposals for executive and enterprise audiences. Travel: up to 20% Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience; 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree. - Prior experience leading enterprise HR, workforce, or transformation initiatives. - Prior project and change management experience. - Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis. - Prior experience translating complex data and insights into executive-ready materials. - Facilitation skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
