Role Description The Digital Manager is responsible for delivering Perrigo’s end‑to‑end consumer experience across digital touchpoints — including brand.com sites, retailer PDPs, digital shelf optimization, retail media, and emerging AI‑driven shopping environments. This role blends digital strategy, content excellence, analytics, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure consumers can easily discover, understand, and choose Perrigo products wherever they shop. The Digital Manager will partner closely with various teams across the organization (ie. Brand, eCommerce, Insights, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, IT, and Global Consumer Experience team) to drive digital consistency, improve conversion, optimize digital content, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience across channels. Remote US based role preferable in the EST or CST time zone. Scope of the Role - Digital Experience Ownership - Lead the execution of category/brand strategy, optimization, and governance of digital touchpoints across brand sites, retailer PDPs, and digital shelf environments. - Ensure branded content meets CX principles of clarity, accessibility, compliance, and machine-readability for retail bots and agentic shopping engines. - Translate consumer insights into actionable digital improvements across the path to purchase. - PDP & Digital Shelf Optimization - Own best‑in‑class PDP execution (title, bullets, A+ content, imagery, video, ratings & reviews). - Partner with eCommerce and brand teams to implement content that drives traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases. - Maintain content quality checklists and implement continuous improvement based on analytics and competitive auditing. - Maintain digital compliance and QA processes across PDPs, brand sites, and content systems. - Omnichannel Content Strategy - Manage scalable content frameworks for regional team. - Ensure all digital assets (copy, images, video, A+ modules) meet accessibility, regulatory, and CX‑centric standards. - Lead the creation of mobile‑first, agent‑readable content including gallery tiles, structured data, and consumer-friendly benefit communication. - Identify opportunities to optimize Perrigo content for AI search, multimodal agents, and retail chat assistants. - Digital Insights & Performance Analytics - Use data to diagnose content, UX, media, and conversion gaps across key retail partners. - Track KPIs such as conversion, PDP traffic, content audit scores, search rank, and retail media efficiency. - Lead test‑and‑learn programs (A/B tests on PDP copy, imagery, claims placement, etc.) to drive measurable improvements. - Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Leadership - Partner with Brand Marketing to bring claims, innovation stories, and consumer education to life digitally. - Collaborate with eCommerce Sales to support retailer‑specific requirements and retail readiness. - Work with Medical/Legal/Regulatory teams to ensure compliant claims and content accuracy across all digital surfaces. - Coordinate with Global CX and IT teams on platform enhancements, automation, and future-state consumer experience architecture. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Communications, Business, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, digital shelf management, or consumer experience roles. - Experience in working with Amazon, Walmart, CVS and omnichannel retail platforms in the US and Canada. - Strong understanding of retail media, SEO/SEM, PDP optimization, and omnichannel content development. - Experience interpreting digital analytics and turning insights into action. - Skilled in managing creative agencies, content workflows, and cross-functional teams. Preferred - Experience in OTC, self-care, consumer healthcare, or CPG categories. - Familiarity with AI-driven shopping environments, multimodal agents, and emerging retail technologies. - Experience with DAM/CMS tools, PIMs, or digital content automation platforms.
