• Own the delivery of complex, data-rich infrastructure projects as a Senior Bentley BIM Engineer. • Lead 3D Delivery: Create, federate, and deliver multidisciplinary models (roads, rail, utilities) using OpenRoads Designer (ORD), OpenBuildings Designer (OBD), and MicroStation, Civil3D, and related tools. • Seamlessly merge reality-captured data, surveyed topography, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) datasets into intelligent, clash-free models. • Act as the technical authority for advanced QA/QC, clash detection, and ISO 19650 compliance, ensuring alignment with client BIM Execution Plans and formats. • Mentor global junior modelers and improve BIM workflows within the Bentley ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in infrastructure BIM modeling, with 6+ years leading large-scale civil/rail/utility projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in OpenRoads Designer, OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation Connect Edition, and iTwin Platform.
- Proven ability to produce advanced, federated 3D models integrated with ProjectWise for efficient data management.
- Deep understanding of surveying, SUE workflows, mapping standards, and complex construction documents/shop drawings.
- Proven ability to liaise with clients to define asset exchange requirements, integrate precise metadata, and adapt models to client-specific templates, ensuring seamless coordination with agency BIM Managers.
- Strong experience working within client-defined coordinate systems, grids, workspaces, worksets, and seed file standards, ensuring full alignment with project environments and seamless model integration.

Role Description The Storage Engineer, Senior provides technical leadership for enterprise storage platforms that support databases, virtual infrastructures, and other mission-critical workloads across data centers and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Design and administer large-scale SAN and NAS infrastructures, including zoning, LUN provisioning, and multipathing for high-availability workloads. - Perform detailed capacity planning, performance analysis, and storage tiering strategies that balance cost, latency, and resiliency. - Integrate storage platforms with virtualization, backup, and replication technologies to support disaster recovery and business continuity objectives. - Lead complex migrations, technology refreshes, and re-architecture initiatives using detailed runbooks, validation steps, and rollback options. - Implement and enforce storage security practices such as encryption, access controls, and data retention policies aligned to regulatory standards. - Mentor junior storage engineers, contribute to storage standards and reference architectures, and act as a high-level escalation point for severe storage incidents. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Typically 8+ years of experience in storage engineering or IT infrastructure roles. - Strong expertise with SAN, NAS, and related tools (for example, NetApp, EMC, cloud storage platforms). - Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and disaster recovery for storage environments. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
