Role Description Provide advanced remote technical support to customers by responding to difficult technical inquiries related to large and production critical issues to propose solutions to and/or resolve root causes of cloud network and/or system issues. - Lead and oversee documenting all varieties of corner case scenarios and troubleshooting of workflows in AWS internal knowledge databases. - Create tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical materials for the AWS customer community. - Navigate and configure complex Linux/Windows systems and troubleshoot difficult issues. - Apply advanced knowledge of information science and technology to perform difficult network troubleshooting of Amazon services using tools and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, traceroute commands, iPerf, dig commands, and/or cURL. - Execute migrations of existing on-premise environments to AWS Cloud. - Grow clients' existing cloud architecture by onboarding them onto new AWS services and provide maintenance support by providing complex technical assistance. - Analyze product and reports on support performance metrics to measure support success, service performance, and drive customer-facing platform improvements. - Act as a liaison between service development team and support engineering team, communicating customer feedback through tech sync meetings for product and service improvement. - Participate in bug bash events to identify straightforward bugs and improve documentation to support overall customer experience. - Execute customer code assessments and support customers in code development to deploy customer applications on the AWS cloud. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Networking, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related field. - 3 years of experience in job offered or a related occupation. Requirements - 3 years of experience with system administration and troubleshooting any operating system (Linux and/or Windows) and networking (HTTP/s, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, CURL or related). - 3 years of experience with OS administration (boot process, filesystems) and troubleshooting disk space issues, booting issues, and OS logs. - 3 years of experience with security in Linux (filesystem permissions). Build and maintain Datadog dashboards and monitors to track SLOs/SLIs and ensure rapid incident response. • Partner closely with Product, UX, and cross-team stakeholders to shape/inform business requirements into technical design docs and actionable tickets. • Implement and manage A/B tests using Harness or Eppo, helping the team iterate quickly based on real-time customer data. • Provide consistent technical guidance to peers, helping them navigate complex integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and debugging sessions. • Develop end-to-end solutions across our stack (React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Spring Boot) with a focus on modularity and system resilience. • Lead the "path to production" for your team, owning infrastructure and ensuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps are efficient and deployments are seamless. • Manage the technical integration between web applications and core platforms like Salesforce CDP, Snowflake, and CMS’s. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the SDLC, contributing to better RFC processes and engineering documentation. • Proactively identify and fix performance bottlenecks in the browser or on the server to ensure a premium customer experience.

• Provide engineering support to the Civil Subject Matter Expert Team across multiple project phases. • Deliver responsive engineering support for wind, solar, energy storage, clean fuels, substation, and transmission projects within the Engineering & Construction Department. • Maintain, apply and promote best practices related to civil and geotechnical engineering. • Participate in design and constructability reviews and provide accurate comments and feedback to avoid schedule impacts. • Support resolution of critical execution-phase issues that could adversely affect project budget and/or schedule if not addressed promptly. • Help define and influence project requirements and scope, including assessment of execution risks and development of risk-mitigation strategies. • Perform due diligence related to emerging technologies. • Support equipment and material technical evaluations, including review of manufacturing and fabrication non-conformance reports. • Perform annual specification reviews and incorporate lessons learned. • Provide feedback related to supplier performance and annual report cards.
