Role Description The Proposal Manager will play a critical role in supporting GoGlobal’s Revenue Team by developing, reviewing, and managing client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and timely proposal deliverables that align with GoGlobal’s service capabilities, pricing structures, and client requirements. The successful candidate will be hands-on in creating and revising bespoke proposals, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting deal owners particularly in the US timezone to enhance turnaround efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain consistency across all proposal documentation. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, business coordination, or contract documentation, ideally within a professional services or global HR/payroll environment. - Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable working hands-on to build and revise detailed proposals and pricing sheets. - Familiarity with CPQ systems (Configure-Price-Quote) – either managing or using. - Experience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to enhance proposal preparation, streamline documentation processes, and improve accuracy and turnaround time would be an added advantage. - Experience using HubSpot (CRM) and ClickUp (project management). - Excellent attention to detail and analytical accuracy. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines. - Must be able to work in the US time zone. Requirements - Develop, revise, and finalize bespoke proposals and SOWs (including those without pre-approved templates). - Review and edit standard proposals/SOWs created by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines. - Ensure pricing, service descriptions, and contractual notes are aligned with approved terms and formats. - Coordinate with GPS, GBS, GPNM, and Account Managers to gather required information, clarify client requests, and ensure proposal accuracy. - Support Deal Owners with RFP responses, including pricing, capabilities, and service descriptions formatted per client requirements. - Act as the point of contact for US-based Deal Owners, providing timely clarification and support during the US business day. - Serve as reviewer/sign-off point during periods when senior reviewers are unavailable, ensuring business continuity. - Conduct thorough quality checks (“four-eye” review) to minimize human error in pricing, service details, and proposal documentation. - Ensure accuracy in manual data handling tasks, such as currency conversions and pricing sheet formulas. - Improve internal service quality for US timezone Deal Owners. - Contribute to continuous process improvement to reduce turnaround time for bespoke proposals. Job Requirements
