As a Proposal Coordinator I at RES, you will support the development and submission of proposals and tender packages by: - Coordinating inputs - Consolidating content from multiple contributors - Ensuring final documents meet required formats and deadlines This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to build a career supporting environmental, engineering, and construction-focused work. Qualifications - Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred) - Experience consolidating sections and/or documents developed by others into a required tender/proposal format (preferred) - Experience maintaining master document sets and version control (preferred) - Interest in a related field (environment, engineering, or construction) (preferred) Requirements - Strong Word formatting skills (styles, headers/footers, tables, page layout, cross-references, track changes) - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying highly accurate - Prior exposure to environmental, engineering, or construction terminology and deliverables Benefits - You’ll be a key player in winning meaningful work.
