Client Service Manager
CSI
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring program success • Coordinate and manage the client analysis schedule to ensure timely reviews • Create and deliver presentations using data from CSI’s internal warehouse and other sources • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation and project management processes • Analyze data using statistical methods and translate findings into clear, actionable insights • Participate in decisions related to data collection, study design, and methodology • Test business applications to ensure system requirements are met • Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to enhance overall performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 4 years in financial services
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration
- High attention to detail and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive presence
- Experience in B2B sales or fintech is a plus
- Banking industry experience is a bonus
- Strong project management capabilities
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight trips

• Stand up CS tooling, AI & automation, and workflows (HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, etc.). • Own tiering & SLA frameworks (design, recertification, reporting). • Build capacity & coverage models to inform hiring and resource allocation. • Develop scalable systems and templates for post-event reporting, case studies, and go-to-market enablement. • Drive data quality and documentation discipline across CS systems. • Act as the connective tissue between CS, Product, Sales, and Finance.
