Job Description

Client Service Manager

CSI

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring program success • Coordinate and manage the client analysis schedule to ensure timely reviews • Create and deliver presentations using data from CSI’s internal warehouse and other sources • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation and project management processes • Analyze data using statistical methods and translate findings into clear, actionable insights • Participate in decisions related to data collection, study design, and methodology • Test business applications to ensure system requirements are met • Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to enhance overall performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 4 years in financial services
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive presence
  • Experience in B2B sales or fintech is a plus
  • Banking industry experience is a bonus
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight trips
