Client Services Coordinator
MillerKnoll
• Execute cancellations, review cancellation reporting and disseminate information as needed. • Collect all necessary data and documentation to effectively process non-quality related claims and credit memos accordingly. • Process accessory, employee and retail partner purchase orders. • Review web sample orders and reporting. • Assist with and execute projects to support companywide objectives. • Serve as a general point of contact for client services as it relates to our three Textiles brands. • Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Customer service experience with a focus in business operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle problem resolution professionally and with confidence.
- Organized with sound attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in business.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.

• Stand up CS tooling, AI & automation, and workflows (HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, etc.). • Own tiering & SLA frameworks (design, recertification, reporting). • Build capacity & coverage models to inform hiring and resource allocation. • Develop scalable systems and templates for post-event reporting, case studies, and go-to-market enablement. • Drive data quality and documentation discipline across CS systems. • Act as the connective tissue between CS, Product, Sales, and Finance.
• Drive client engagement and portfolio performance analysis • Lead client service strategies • Collaborate with Operations and Capital Markets teams • Develop performance dashboards and KPIs • Define business development objectives
