Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant, Adaptive Certified
Strada
• Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification. • Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models. • Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. • Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model. • Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction. • Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong accounting/finance background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Up to 15% travel
- This role does not support sponsorship
- Adaptive Planning certified required
