Role Description The Expert Data Excellence Support is responsible for supporting expert intelligence initiatives through research, expert identification, outreach, expert engagement, scheduling coordination, and structured data enrichment activities. The role focuses on: - Identifying relevant industry experts - Engaging and coordinating with professionals - Gathering valuable market intelligence - Ensuring high-quality information is maintained across internal systems and databases The position plays a critical role in strengthening expert intelligence capabilities by translating market information and expert interactions into structured, actionable insights that support business objectives, client requirements, and research activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Research, Management, or related fields - Experience in research, expert networks, sourcing, recruitment, market intelligence, or client-facing environments is preferred - Strong internet research and profile identification skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging external professionals - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Experience using LinkedIn, Airtable, CRM systems, and research platforms - Familiarity with expert outreach and scheduling coordination - Experience utilizing AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflow efficiency - Ability to balance speed, quality, and accuracy under tight timelines - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities Requirements - Identify and source relevant industry experts aligned with project briefs and business requirements - Conduct profile reviews to assess expertise, professional background, relevance, and potential fit for client requirements - Research target markets, industries, companies, and organizational structures to identify high-value expert profiles - Build and continuously strengthen expert pipelines across different sectors and functions - Maintain and update expert profiles and sourcing records within internal systems and databases - Contact and engage potential experts through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other professional channels - Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to encourage expert participation and improve engagement rates - Conduct follow-ups and maintain communication with experts throughout the sourcing and engagement process - Coordinate and schedule expert consultations while ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder availability - Build and maintain positive relationships with experts to strengthen long-term network development - Maintain accurate and timely updates within Airtable and other internal platforms - Ensure proper documentation of sourcing activities, expert status, and engagement progress - Support process improvements that strengthen sourcing efficiency and operational effectiveness - Utilize AI tools and internal platforms to improve productivity and optimize workflows - Collaborate closely with Research, Customer Success, Commercial, and Operations teams to support project execution - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and align sourcing efforts accordingly - Support business initiatives requiring expert sourcing, market research, and talent mapping activities - Perform other ad hoc tasks and operational support activities as may be assigned to support team objectives and evolving business needs Benefits - You would like to work in a start-up environment - You are passionate about technology and investing Process - HR Introduction call - Pre-case with TL - 1 Case Study - Initial Interview with PH Head of Operations - Second Interview with PH Director - Reference Check
