Manage the Jira backlog and Kanban board. - Host weekly team meetings via Google Meet. The team is geographically dispersed, and this meeting is their key communication. Qualifications - Possess excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills. - Have a passion for enabling others to contribute their best selves to our mission. - Be substantially familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Have a solid understanding of the differences between declarative and programmatic development in the Salesforce tool set and possess the ability to choose the appropriate development type for each task. - Be familiar with the uses and roles of Flows, Lightning Web Components, Apex, External Client Apps and the Salesforce Rest API. Role Description The Salesforce CRM Administrator has primary responsibility for Salesforce support requests across Internet2 and is responsible for the strategic management, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Salesforce CRM platform. This role will continuously assess the Salesforce CRM configuration, identify gaps in functionality, and implement improvements to better support enterprise-wide business needs. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across all divisions to ensure Salesforce CRM effectively supports member relationship management, service delivery tracking, and organizational reporting requirements. The Salesforce CRM Administrator sits within the Community Engagement division but serves as an enterprise-wide resource, working closely with stakeholders across all Internet2 divisions who utilize Salesforce CRM.
