Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred). - 3–8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects. - Proven success in delivering projects within deadline and budget. - Experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Trello). - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Experience in industry-specific experience, e.g., construction, manufacturing, retail, logistics (preferred). - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
