Role Description CelebExperts is hiring a Senior Business Development Lead to drive outbound revenue growth by sourcing, pitching, and closing corporate consulting engagements across brands, agencies, and sports organizations. This position is focused on new business development. It is not an inbound lead management role. - Lead outbound business development for CelebExperts’ corporate consulting services - Generate and develop a qualified pipeline (brands, agencies, sports properties, and corporate partners) - Own full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → close - Structure and close consulting scopes including retainers and project-based engagements - Partner with internal leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and service offerings - Maintain pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting, and CRM discipline Qualifications - 6+ years in business development / partnerships / sales (or equivalent) - Demonstrated history of closing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets - Experience selling high-value services such as consulting, strategic partnerships, talent-led marketing, or integrated campaigns - Strong understanding of influencers and athlete marketing ecosystems (NIL and/or pro) - Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with high accountability Requirements - Proven Track Record Required - Revenue generated through outbound business development - Closed deal examples (type of client, scope, deal size range) - Consistent performance against targets / quotas (where applicable) Preferred Qualifications - Existing relationships with brands, agencies, sports organizations, or marketing decision-makers - Experience across multiple categories (CPG, retail, wellness, lifestyle, sports, food) - Familiarity with NIL frameworks, compliance constraints, and university partnerships Role Type & Compensation This is a remote position. Job Requirements
