Business Development Associate

• Conduct outbound prospect research and qualification • Identify and generate acquisition leads through cold calls, emails, warm introductions, and referrals • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future acquisition opportunities • Manage and maintain prospect databases with accuracy and competitive insights • Collaborate with the business development team to move opportunities through the deal cycle • Support marketing campaigns • Assist with travel planning for business development meetings • Help with additional administrative tasks as needed • Be an active team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organization and time management skills
