Manager, Sales Effectiveness & Enablement
ezCater
• Develop and Implement Sales Effectiveness Program • Create, execute and report on comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with organizational goals • Own training library including design, development, maintenance and delivery of training including but not limited to onboarding new sales team members, manager training and go to market sales programs. • Create coaching scorecards, playbooks, programs and training to drive sales results. • Lead and manage complex projects aimed at improving sales process efficiency. • Drive the adoption and utilization of CRM tools and other sales technologies to enhance productivity. • Partner with Sr. Manager Sales Operations Sales Planning and Performance to create a suite of reporting associated with engagement with sales tools and associated results. • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to optimize sales operations. • Lead and manage complex projects aimed at improving sales process efficiency. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other departments to enhance sales productivity. • Ensure timely implementation of programs to support the success of marketing initiatives, product launches, and all programs designed to drive sales results.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles.
- Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing sales effectiveness programs.
- Practical knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology, preferably launching and owning enablement for the program.
- Proficiency in sales tech stack including but not limited to Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
