• Own the entire sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to demo, value discussions, and close • Drive new business through strategic outbound and timely inbound follow-up • Build strong, trust-based relationships with independent practices and healthcare leaders • Lead thoughtful, consultative demos that highlight ROI and real-world impact • Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline in HubSpot with clear next steps • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Network, and Customer Success to create a seamless buyer journey • Continuously learn, test, and refine - helping evolve our playbook as we scale • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals with consistency and integrity
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience tied to revenue goals
- Proven record of quota attainment or measurable performance success
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and sell a comprehensive, evolving product suite
- High emotional intelligence and customer empathy
- Curiosity about how AI-led tools can elevate your sales craft
- Desire to contribute to team and process improvements beyond your quota
