• Ensure client files are accurately and efficiently ingested into Hint • Act as the internal Autosync technical subject matter expert • Implement, manage, and maintain our data feeds • Oversee all issues management and escalation of file errors, including issues that may arise from the SFTP file exchange • Be the main point of contact for accessing and updating files internally, as well as communicating directly with external parties for resolution and offering feedback when necessary to alter files for correctness • Maintain high-quality data across the Hint data ecosystem • Identify large data quality issues and know when and how to escalate to other teams at Hint. • Reconcile data discrepancies between file and what is processed in Hint to ensure client and Hint data matches • Review invoices to ensure file data has been translated into Hint correctly. • Ensure clients are appropriately billed for EAS • Understand how to bulk update records • Familiar with PGP encryption process • Familiar with SFTP process and tools - can also use terminal • Complete tracking of new EAS file feeds through our data pipeline • Works to improve processes by sharing feedback with Hint’s Product team
• Build and maintain mobile applications across **iOS (Swift)** and **Android (Kotlin)** • Own features end-to-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, and release • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Integrate with backend APIs and contribute to shaping API contracts for mobile use cases • Implement and maintain push notification systems (e.g., APNs, FCM) • Ensure performance, reliability, and responsiveness of mobile applications in production • Contribute to architectural decisions around mobile platform strategy (native vs cross-platform, shared patterns, etc.) • Diagnose and resolve production issues using logs, monitoring tools, and user feedback • Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high bar for code quality and maintainability • Use modern development tools—including AI-assisted coding where it improves velocity and quality
• Own the entire sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to demo, value discussions, and close • Drive new business through strategic outbound and timely inbound follow-up • Build strong, trust-based relationships with independent practices and healthcare leaders • Lead thoughtful, consultative demos that highlight ROI and real-world impact • Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline in HubSpot with clear next steps • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Network, and Customer Success to create a seamless buyer journey • Continuously learn, test, and refine - helping evolve our playbook as we scale • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals with consistency and integrity

The DPC Engagement Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for growing, maintaining, and operationalizing the Hint Connect provider network. This role sits at the intersection of provider partnerships, contracting, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own provider relationships from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing management — while simultaneously building repeatable processes that allow Hint Connect to scale efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who: - Loves building and nurturing relationships - Is highly organized and detail-oriented - Sees inefficiencies and instinctively builds systems to fix them - Can manage ambiguity while creating structure Key Responsilities - Network Growth & Provider Partnerships: Grow our Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider network by identifying, evaluating, and engaging high-quality practices for participation. Build strong relationships with prospective providers, conduct partnership discussions, and guide contract negotiations in collaboration with leadership and legal teams. - Provider Onboarding & Network Enablement: Oversee the onboarding of new provider partners, ensuring accurate configuration of membership plans, network participation, and provider information. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clinicians and that Hint has accurate data on practices. - Provider Relationship Management: Serve as a key relationship manager for provider partners within the network. Provide ongoing support and education to clinicians, share updates on product enhancements and network growth, and help providers successfully launch and grow their participation in Hint Connect. This includes partnering with larger network organizations and multi-site provider groups to align on network participation, provider availability, and employer needs - Implementation & Network Operations: Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and operations teams to support employer implementations and network readiness. Ensure providers are prepared to serve new members, assist with operational troubleshooting, and help maintain a seamless experience for employers, clinicians, and patients. Have to Have - A minimum of 3 years of experience in network management, provider partnerships, healthcare operations, account management, or similar - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High emotional intelligence - Great attention to detail - Collaborative mindset Highly Desired - Experience working with healthcare providers or benefit networks strongly preferred - Experience managing contracts, pricing discussions, or vendor relationships Life at Hint Our team is inquisitive, kind, open, and smart.
