As a Director, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for a family of global media and innovation solutions and will collaborate with a number of different teams including Product, Technology, Sales, Training, and Corporate Marketing to shape the narrative and successfully launch and sustain the solutions for which you’re accountable. In addition, you’ll work closely with other associates in Product Marketing to improve the overall effectiveness of the team and value to the firm. This is a highly visible position, and you will have an equal voice with the opportunity to influence various stakeholders across the organization. At Circana, Product Marketing plays a critical role to ensure the products that we bring to market uniquely address our clients’ needs while achieving the firm’s financial goals. You will report to the head of Product Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your deep understanding of media and retail to strategically position solutions in market. - Develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitors and the challenges and goals of the buyers at our clients. - Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to identify and prioritize the products that connect the needs of our clients to the goals of our firm. - Have executive presence and be a key point of contact for executive stakeholders at Circana. - Work with Product and Sales teams to align on the unique value propositions of our products, oversee the development of competitive claims and develop the narrative that resonates with the buyers at our clients. - Develop compelling product narratives across collateral that enables Sales teams to win in the market and strategically position Circana’s retail solutions with the analyst community. - Collaborate with Marketing associates on product launch plans and other critical marketing events and activities. - Collaborate with our global Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all markets. - Contribute to increasing the value and impact of the Product Marketing team. - Identify process improvements and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement changes that drive the Product Marketing team and the business forward. Requirements - 10+ years’ experience in Media (preferably agency, publisher, brand, or platform, owning media performance). - 10+ years Product Marketing or Marketing experience. - BA or BS degree. - Proven content writing and project coordination skills are mandatory, as are strong communication, design, creative, analytic and process skills. - Excellent organization skills and a propensity to meet deadlines with high quality results. - Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks across a variety of responsibilities. - Self-starter with an ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision. - Strong, goal-oriented team player, capable of managing projects requiring input from multiple different teams. - Ability to think strategically and creatively and then execute. - A positive attitude and be collaborative, passionate, curious, creative, independent, thoughtful and proactive. The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. About the role Clerkie is in build mode and is looking for a top-notch product manager to design, build, launch and scale services that will power our core financial products.
