Role Description Pitch Perfect Solutions is hiring experienced Transfer Agents to join our high-performing remote team. Since 2009, we’ve specialized in insurance lead generation — connecting interested customers with licensed agents. What You’ll Do - Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads). - Follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest. - Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. - Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins). Qualifications - Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred. - Professional, reliable, and coachable. - Tech-ready: - PC or laptop with i5 processor (or higher), Windows 10+ - Upload Speed of 30 mbps minimum - Minimum 8GB RAM - Wired internet only (no Wi-Fi or hotspot) - USB headset with mic - Ability to work your full shift consistently. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the intern will collaborate with departments across the university to analyze business processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help implement technology-enabled solutions.
