Role Description IPS is seeking a New Mexico-licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our growing assessment services team. This is a fully remote position focused on conducting interview and feedback sessions for patients undergoing neuropsychological testing. You’ll work in tandem with a dedicated psychometrist who handles test administration and scoring, allowing you to focus on clinical interpretation, treatment planning, and communication with referral partners. We’re open to flexible arrangements—contract or full-time—with competitive compensation and scheduling autonomy. • Provides administrative oversight to the medical staff • Analyzes medical review utilization data • Researches new medical procedures or technology • Acts as a resource to providers and internal staff on medical policies • May write and revise medical policies • Develops claim adjudication criteria • Provides input on operational policies, processes, and procedures • Educates staff and medical community on medical policy and program administration • Develops external relationships with the medical community • Reviews physician and provider practice pattern analysis and other statistical data • Conducts research into new or controversial medical procedures and technology

• This role serves as the division’s clinical leader across Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro, North Carolina • Drive quality, education, nursing services, and regulatory performance across the division • Partners closely with Division and Regional Operations leadership to set clinical strategy, stabilize performance, and ensure sustained improvement in patient care • Drive execution of safety, quality, and regulatory standards while holding clinical teams accountable to measurable outcomes • Coach and develop Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders to strengthen bench depth, succession readiness, and frontline execution • Ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal standards through standardized processes and inspection preparedness • Execute clinical initiatives on time and within scope, delivering measurable improvement in quality, safety, and patient outcomes.

• Lead clinical development program(s) in support of overall clinical development strategy • Primary responsibility for design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content • Contributes in partnership with research colleagues to design and implement translational strategies • Acts as clinical lead and actively solicits opinion leader interactions related to the disease area(s) • Ensures adherence to Good Clinical Practices and to all other quality standards in conducting research
