• Set the market strategy for affordable housing lending. • Originate CRA eligible affordable housing construction and permanent loans with nonprofit and for-profit affordable housing developer customers. • Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing affordable housing relationships and negotiate loan terms and conditions. • Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests. • Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers. • Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet the complex needs of customers. • Create awareness of the Bank and its services through community engagement.
