Account Manager
Finvari
• Drive account growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell opportunities within existing customers • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess product adoption, value realization, and expansion opportunities • Build and maintain trusted relationships with construction leaders, finance teams, and operations stakeholders • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot) • Represent Finvari in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing product and market feedback to Sales, Product, and Leadership • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on account strategy, opportunity prioritization, and deal execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
- Proven ability to drive expansion revenue and manage a book of business
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple expansion opportunities simultaneously
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer relationship-building
